This project was intended as a way for Christians to bring the visions and models into reality through a parish planning process.  This required the integration of theology with organization development. There is research, training sessions for leaders and participants in the process, piloting of the process, and manuals for consultants and planners. The methods of research for this project include sociological and demographic studies of a community.  The findings are related to models for ministry based on the stories of Paul, Timothy, and Epaphroditus found in Philippians 2. The project successfully helped a selected church write and adopt the following:  a statement of purpose; a one year ministry objective; three goals that facilitate the achievement of the objective; and action plans to carry out their objective and goals.
