The ultimate desire is to help the church be more effective in the changing setting.  The long-range project committee presented a long-range plan to the church which was accepted in a unanimous vote. The practicum was conducted over a period of four months utilizing a strategic planning committee of 13 laity and the pastor.  It concluded with a two-day administrative council planning retreat.
