The researcher employed a case study and grounded theory approach to examine the current 'postmodern' culture which has shaped the outlook and opinions of today's 20-somethings, particularly their attitudes toward spiritual matters and Christianity. The church's hierarchical structures function differently than newer models of relationship based leadership. CROSSROADS at Moravian Theological Seminary focuses on lay leadership development through theological education, teaching practical ministry skills, mentoring lay people to articulate call, and developing spiritual formation.
