The material has been designed specifically to help the untrained African preacher with about twelve years of education.  It has been field-tested on 120 African preachers who attended three preaching seminars in Kenya and Uganda, representing eleven Christian denominations.  Cassette tapes of nine lectures recorded live during the Nairobi Conference (Kenya) are available along with the lecture outlines. Attitude change was determined through the use of a questionnaire that was administered prior to and following the delivery of four sermons.  A comparison of the scores indicated the attitudes of the congregation did not change.  There was evidence that the attitudes of some members did change.
