Homilies are described as: biblical, liturgical, kerygmatic, and familiar conversation.  Syllabus includes overall description, learning objectives, class session organization, and bibliographic references for required readings; also two full session outlines, lab procedures, critiques from practicing professors, suggestions for further study, and analysis of spirituality for preachers, described as hearing, becoming, and preaching the Word.
