Married couples at St. Stephen's Church, Sewickley, Pennsylvania, entered in the pre-marriage preparation process shared observations about their generation and their personal expereinces related to co-habitation and sex before marriage. A study of relevant Scripture was undertaken to gain a better understanding of the Bible's witness in the areas of human nature, marriage, sin, lust and sexual immorality. The difference between the pretest and posttest in the desire of the Christian adolescents to abstain from premarital sex was statistically significant. Measurement was gained from analysis of scores from identical pretest and posttest questionnaires.  The project realized change in an increased knowledge of human sexuality and an understanding of sexuality in the context of creation. Twelve to fifteen year old youth were invited to participate in eight two-hour sessions.  Four of the eight sessions also included parents of the youth.
