The project uses a theoretical method to define the concept of ministry in the light of a biblical, theological understanding.  In a practical analysis, it compares the current program with the defined one.  A proposed model encourages the interaction of professors and ministers on the flexibility of content and form.  It will help raise the consciousness of the ministers and help professionalize and functionalize ministry.
