Relying on the tenants of process theology the author developed a process for dissolving the stuckness of this place in relationship to ministry.  This process involved training members of the congregation to interview persons about their perceptions of the history of Twelve Apostles Church. The format is a non-residential facility receiving probationary or paroled offenders referred by the court or self upon release.  The client reported twice weekly for twelve months and received spiritual and psychological support and a full range of social services for self and family.  Insights from process theology provide the theological perspective.
