There was a pre-questionnaire message followed by the first questionnaire on the first Sunday.  Then there were four Sundays with the four main messages, followed by a post-series message with the second questionnaire on the sixth Sunday. As the project developed into this dissertation, testing was used to evaluate the impact on church members of the content, both concerning knowledge and also attitudes and behavioral intentions. Pretests and posttests were used to establish each attendee's knowledge, attitudes and behavior and the amount of gain after each of six teaching sessions.
