The project helped traumatized veterans who experienced posttraumatic stress disorder and moral injury for whom other forms of therapy had not worked. Methods used were cognitive behavioral therapy and prolonged exposure therapy, in the context of a 12-week couples therapy group. Results were resolution of traumatization and forgiveness. This project develoepd a faith-based strategy to equip ministers with knowledge of crisis ministry and how it will affect them.  The training offers information and skill sbaout caring for themsleves and others in crisis.   During the immediate crisis response, the State Board of Missions provided intervention specialists to come alongside the ministers for support.  When the effects of the stress seem to be hampering the minster's  overall well-being the intervention specialist refers to mental health professionals for more definitive care.  Followiong th eimmediate crisis minstry, the State Board of Missions offered pastoral care services and a retreat for the purpose of renewal and recovery in a group setting. This study utilized a qualitative research design, the sample selection was non-probabilistic, and used a criterion-based form. The review of the literature and the analysis of the participants in the study revealed that Christ-following leaders grew in EQ and were spiritually transformed through the time of transition. The hypothesis of this project was that 'Personality types, as defined by Jung and measured by the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, significantly influence the way a preacher presents the material from the biblical text in his sermons.'  The result of this project was that there was a significant difference between the way that the Sensing personality type and the Intuitive personality type preach. Yet, women's education in spiritual and biblical matters ought to be taught in the church to equip them for the Great Commission mandate. This thesis-project explores the effectiveness of an existing spiritual education curriculum in the form of a mentoring program for college women. The evaluator uses the positions of women's epistemological development proposed by Belenky and her colleagues as a basis for evaluation. The author also discusses various women of the Bible as they relate to the mentoring program and one's understanding of how the program ought to be restructured. Too many of these veterans live far away from the resources of the military and Veterans Administration.  It can and should be a responsibility of local churches and faith communities to help in this reintegration process. The extension of adolescence has received much attention, and there are indicators delayed development of adolescents significantly affects society in a number of ways: families, economies, educational institutions, and local churches. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with emerging adults. The project was organized around the three major tasks of adulthood: establishing autonomy, developing community, discovering vocation.
