It begins with a definition and theology of a racially inclusive church and addresses the role of the community, the people who attend, pastoral leadership, worship, fellowship, and education, highlighting the critical factors which make for and strengthen inclusiveness.  This document is for churches, pastors, and church administrators in racially changing communities. The history of the racial separation, current church practices, and conditions are used to inform the study.  Methodology includes literature search, a survey of those in bi-racial churches, and interviews with pastors and church members.  Gleaning isights from the project process, a suggested strategy is developed to maintain a growing, bi-racial church.
