It is in the African cycle of life that a connection is developed between the key components (relationships, instructions, covenants, traditions, and interventions) in the traditional rites of passage and a methodology of reproducing Christian leaders. Using biblical evidence as the basis for evangelism, discipleship and leadership development, the author interviews Malagasy traditional priests on Malagasy rites of passage and implements the African Model as a means for reproducing Malagasy Christian leaders by using the key components  integrated in the program. A worship pastor has the opportunity to shape the church and strengthen the effectiveness of its mission. First, the shepherd metaphor and shepherd leadership were examined. Second, an exploration of servant leadership and transformational leadership was conducted. Finally, interviews with eight worship pastors were conducted to determine how they perceive their leadership and how they lead. It begins by tracing the foundation of its mission throughout its historical roots and demonstrates the profound effects that the YMCA has been able to accomplish when it has operated according to its mission of putting Christian principles into practice. It measures the mission knowledge and application within specific context of Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, Ohio and also examines other research to assess if the results are reflective of the movement as a whole. The conclusion revels that Countryside YMCA has drifted from its mission. Many ministries have wholeheartedly embraced Internet technology through websites, blogs, live chats and a myriad of other applications. While thoughtful people have offered biblical perspective both endorsing and warning against this trend, there continues to be much need to carefully think about how new technologies can come alongside various aspects of ministry in a way that maximizes their benefits and minimizes their inherent dangers. This project explores how the Internet can enhance the impact of a preaching ministry by providing a forum to discuss the content of a sermon after it has been delivered. After conducting research into the Baptist heritage of religious freedom, the author conducted educational events in five Baptist congregations in southeastern North Carolina in which he shared part of the Baptist story in this regard.
