Calvary Baptist Church, Cochran, Georgia, in marital communication skills.  Equipping married couples in developing healthy communication skills through the use of cognitive, affective and psychomotor activities was the overarching goal of this project.  The communicative growth made by each couple was manifested through the successful results revealed by their own admission as well as external evaluation.  The project methodology showed that marital communication skills can be affected positively through practical teaching, personal examination, and purposeful training. Under the leadership of the author, a Minisitry Evangelism Team conducted surveys, interviewed community leaders, and researched bibliographic information information to better understand the Holmes County community.  This strategy was completed through four main goals: the team explored existing ministry evangelism strategies and outstanding church ministry evangelism practices of First Baptist Church, Bonifay; examined the ministry needs of Holmes County, Florida; created a ministry evangelism strategy; and presented this strategy plan to the church leadership. The program emphasized a team approach to grief ministry that, when implemented, enables church members to meet the needs of the grieving. The author created a focus group of parents of children with a disability, articulating the spirituality that can arise in this group. Though not without limitations, results confirm that online retreat preaching is a powerful method for deepening participants' spiritual lives when done with attention to quality. The goal of this thesis project was to explore the impact of the personal discipline of physical activity as a necessity in being a good steward of the body while being faithful to fulfill one's pastoral call. The problem is that clergy, in a sedentary occupation, can become physically unhealthy by engaging in meaningful ministry but neglecting to take care of themselves as they care for others. The scope of this work looks at the Apostle Paul's claim that there is value in being both physically and spiritually healthy. This work listens in on written conversations between professional and spiritually healthy. This work listens in on the written conversations between professional authorities as they consider how physical fitness benefits the spiritual life of clergy. This thesis-project was tested by a three month project where clergy engaged in physical exercise three days a week for thirty minutes and reflected on the impact on their spiritual lives. By studying the contemporary and historical literature on the subject, examining the Scriptures, including Paul's thorn in the flesh, and conducting interviews with seasoned preachers who themselves battle chronic pain, the author identifies some common challenges and unique opportunities that those who preach in pain face as they seek to minister effectively. It is in the African cycle of life that a connection is developed between the key components (relationships, instructions, covenants, traditions, and interventions) in the traditional rites of passage and a methodology of reproducing Christian leaders. Using biblical evidence as the basis for evangelism, discipleship and leadership development, the author interviews Malagasy traditional priests on Malagasy rites of passage and implements the African Model as a means for reproducing Malagasy Christian leaders by using the key components  integrated in the program. The author researched how the consecutive religions with their beliefs and practices throughout the history of Egypt have combined to shape the mentality, worship, manners, and character of today's Egyptians.
