Undergraduate students who are majoring in business and human resources may not be sufficiently challenged by a biblical-Christian perspective with respect to the definition of work and the resulting redemptive-leadership perspective that could be applied in the workplace. A qualitative methodology using observation, narratives, face-to-face interviews, and a survey was employed. The findings suggest systemic and organizational issues concerning policies and procedures which include a neglect and lack of positive rewards, reduced staffing and high turnover rates, differing approaches to care planning, constant policy changes, lost leadership, and staff refusal to float. Eleven Christian business professionals read and evaluated the resource using an assessment instrument that included both quantitative and qualitative elements. Results of the assessment indicate evaluators considered the resource to be highly effective and relevant to Christian business professionals' concerns.
