The author did research to find relevant seminar topics.  Six seminars were then developed by the author and presented over a period of one semester to fifteen students.  After four months, the author evaluated the effects of the seminars on the students' lives and ministries. Three seminars were found to be helpful and the rural students had been effectively trained for city ministry. It then describes the design process for a training course for newly appointed ministers, its initial failure and then after further theological reflection a successful outcome.
