However, many individual congregations show every sign of being vital congregations. This project establishes the feasibility of using Internet tools to connect Wesley Theological Seminary to these congregations. The author establishes precedence for the project by analyzing the history of seminaries and the conversation within theological education about its future. He grounds the project in the context of the seminary's strategic plan. Research led the writer to establish that there is limited to no recorded information as to how a religiously-based organization would go about setting up a religiously-based teacher's college and theological seminary.
