Through historical and case study investigation, the author assesses the current dynamic of the Mexicali Baptist Seminary.  The research shows that there remains much to be done for the Seminary to foster mutuality in ministry.  Problems, resulting mainly from economic realities and power and authority issues, pose serious obstacles. It was the author's hypothesis that they did not. A qualitative research project was conducted, which included a literature review and interviews with twelve EPC pastors all of whom had at least ten years of ministry experience. This study confirmed the author's initial belief that preaching through Revelation is being neglected by EPC pastors. factor's such as absence of significant seminary training in Revelation, a perceived lack of practical application for today's listener and a deficiency of pastor's personal study in the book were all contributing factors.
