The project director researched the demographics of village pastors and created a profile describing the theological needs of Indian village pastors. The project director researched existing paradigms of theological education being utilized and determined best practices. God commands believers to engage his word, and through obedience to this command, members have the opportunity for spiritual change. Scripture records both reading and/or listening as two mediums for engagement. In this project, the administrator directed members to engage Scripture through an aural medium. Listening and reflection templates along with five assessments provided measurable evaluations. This project was conducted through an anonymous, online questionnaire and in-depth interviews with self-selected students.
