A carefully selected group of 15 members was trained in order that they understand the biblical mandate of evangelism and become active evangelists.  The doctrinal studies covered 4 weeks followed by 6-weeks of actual evangelism training. Over the course of the project, the project director stressed the importance of the Great Commission, led powerful evangelism training whilestressing the missional aspects of the church.  The evangelism teams were formed consisting of 2-3 individuals. God commands believers to engage his word, and through obedience to this command, members have the opportunity for spiritual change. Scripture records both reading and/or listening as two mediums for engagement. In this project, the administrator directed members to engage Scripture through an aural medium. Listening and reflection templates along with five assessments provided measurable evaluations. This project was conducted through an anonymous, online questionnaire and in-depth interviews with self-selected students. It employs a qualitative case study method to examine Dallas Seminary's archives, interview experts in the field, and compare DTS sites and other seminaries. The propositions assumed positive impact on sustainability (proximity to an undergraduate Bible college; the presence of local faculty-staff for recruitment, retention, and liaising with the home campus; and educational offerings responsive to student needs). The research confirmed some propositions and revised others. These relations originate from the Godhead's trinitarian relationships. The project design included the administration of pre and post-test questionnaires. Results indicated the participants grew in their understanding of the components of true biblical community: faith development, worship, missions/service, fellowship, and evangelism. Their expressed commitment to practice these components rose, as did their willingness to advocate for them. Through a survey, 90% of the churches have some common needs: full time co-workers, being good witnesses, knowing how to evangelize, and adult Sunday school. These problems are mainly related to the lack of Bible teaching and discipleship training. The result shows that proceeding with teaching of personal evangelism and training bears important influence on the growth of believers. The Timothy Three Step Discipleship Training makes a 'seeker' gradually becoming a trainer of others through a 'two way' training relationship.
