To accomplish this great task, churches require spiritual leaders who have such a burden, adequate training, and ability to lead them. This is the reason for the existence of theological education, and in order to train those leaders, seminaries need a new set of curriculums; Chinese seminaries in Myanmar are no exception. Success or failure of theological education is closely related to its curriculum. The research conclusions reflect various core values, key principles, and training methodologies and strategies as they are realized in the philosophy of the program design, the characteristics of the student population, the cultural context, the training needs of the target audience, the personalities and philosophies of the main leadership core staff, and other factors of the specific training institution. The final recommendations to educators in Majority World ministry training programs are: (1) develop a strong indigenous infrastructure before launching the program, (2) avoid dependence on foreign funding and expatriate faculty, and (3) develop a healthy training model that plans for measured growth. The project director also assisted the project participants in the application of Christian theology to their daily hospice service.  In order to achieve this, the project director wrote an eleven-unit biblical reference booklet for the participants and led them in ten related devotions.  The director used tests and conversational questions to evaluate the ministry intervention. While the major cause of this is a lack of biblical, theological truth applied at the pastoral level, the result of it is the disappearance of an important spiritual foundation necessary for the development and maintenance of spiritual stability in the modern church.  The practice of worship in the Reformed Church initially was driven by a perspective fixed on a high view of God and characterized by a formal-liturgical style. That historical heritage was lost over time because changing perspectives allowed the introduction of a variety of styles that were heavily influenced by social and technological developments. These new and different worship expressions increasingly have ignored the important and unchanging biblical view of worship in favor of yielding to a demand for a more emotional experience. More importantly, the current trend is causing the church to become accustomed to the absence of an applied theology of worship. That theology is necessary for making good decisions regarding appropriate expressions of worship in the personal life and in the life of the local church for years to come.  An examination of the biblical data from a historical and grammatical perspective revealed that worship is the expression of a Christian's commitment to a lifestyle of venerating God through an unceasing remembrance of his glory, a willing submission to his lordship, and a conscious life of spiritual service. Thus, the worship of God is designed to be the single most dominant spiritual feature of one's personal life and therefore the faith life of the church throughout the generations. This understanding is essential to promoting and sustaining healthy faith, so it must constantly be reaffirmed in the evangelical church. The most effective way to do that is in the training phase of present and future church leaders. The first chapter describes some complaints from the parishioners in the diocese of Kirinyaga of clergy who are currently serving in various parishes and are not qualified enough to meet the needs of the Christians in the pews.  The second chapter is an outline of curriculum issues in ACK colleges.  The third chapter gives Biblical Foundations for Theological Education, and the impact of these foundations on theological education today.  The fourth chapter presents the research data analysis based on the five categories of the respondents who completed and returned the questionnaires.  There respondents were: students, clergy, laity, tutors and bishops. An outline of the issues and concerns put forward by the respondents shows that review and evaluation of the current curriculum is urgent and important.
