Chapter 1 lays the foundation for developing a sanctification course for the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, Texas. Chapter 2 defines the term 'sanctification' and explains the components thereof. Chapter 3 defines three basic change models while seeking to emphasize the importance of using the biblical sanctification change model above the others. Chapter 4 lays out the course work and the process involved. The central focus is a workshop methodology which is progressive in design, content, and format, and is based on principles of androgogy.  The workshops give: 1) an experience of shared Christian praxis by using the theme 'coming to know God'; 2) a knowledge, practical understanding and an opportunity to use shared Christian praxis; 3) a demonstration of how the Sadlier Religion Program uses shared Christian praxis as a teaching-learning process in the K-8 curriculum; 4) a redefinition of shared Christian praxis which enables classroom religion teachers to use the process effectively. The workshops are designed to educate religion teachers in Catholic school religion programs and in parishes.
