Data was gathered from a forty-one year period (1960-2001).  Members were administered the NCD Survey as a pretest and posttest.  Between the surveys, treatment was given for the church's two greatest weaknesses, Passionate Spirituality and Small Groups. Christian Schwarz's Natural Church Development questionnaire was used to measure the health of the church and data was gathered to measure its growth.  A relationship between church health and growth was established.
