The goal was to increase the imagination for visioning a new life in the Mid-Ohio District of the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. Representatives of thirty-nine small churches participated in workshops and developed an appreciative inquiry process that they used in their churches. This project is one that studied and utilized a learned understanding of the system dynamics of two small church families; then incorporated specific spiritual disciplines, such as, Christ-centered spiritual acts of worship, biblical infusion in the church's life, and pointed spiritual practices at places of corporate conflict.
