In this collaborative project four ministry areas work together, not only to provide direct service and pastoral attention, but also to give a careful analysis of the refugee and undocumented phenomenon - especially in light of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. The work begins with a cursory look at the history of the Holiness Movement in an attempt to show how social concern is lost.
