The Korean Presbyterian Church of Westchester's (KPCOW) EM and KM can stay together when they view themselves as a covenantal community founded by Christ based on its baptismal identity rather than its ethnic one. The author evaluated the influence of a sermon series on the way KPCOW understands its identity by analyzing two questionnaires both quantitatively and qualitatively. The purpose of this study was to explore how Christians apply sermons in the workplace. This study was a qualitative study, employing a semi-structured interview protocol with eight individuals employed in a variety of profession. Data was analyzed using the constant-comparative method. The study was an action research using a qualitative phenomenological approach. A reflective program, named 'Uncommon-8-weeks' was designed and introduced to the congregants to practice reflection on eight sermons preached for eight consecutive weeks. Research result identified seven aspects of post-preaching reflection: remembering, considering, connecting, self-examining, desiring, planning, and acting. Building on the Trinitarian work of Thomas Weinandy, this conversational process is shown to be the work of the Holy Spirit in realizing new forms of Christian unity and public witness to the will of God. His question was 'What kind of worship services can we create to bring together the younger and older generations at Wondang church?'  He used four steps to bring a united worship in Wondang church: Praise and Worship; Traditional; Blended; and Multisensory and Experiential.  The results were not great because there were some limitations of the existing church.  However he was hopeful for the Korean churches based on his findings.
