The NGO utilizes committed Christian businessmen to conduct seminars. The project examines the biblical basis of the operation of such an NGO in order to affect positively the marketplace in northern Greece. It also deals with some of the cultural, political, religious, national, and economic distinctives between Greece and the United States of America to assist orienting American businessmen instructors with Greece. An integral part of this effort was a discussion of the development of the theology behind this response and the evolution of modern theology in response to the social and political situation in Guatemala.  The author contends that the Catholic Church underwent a substantive change in the last forty years in how it responded in Guatemala.
