The project director explored the area of social media in order to discover the best approaches to engage unreached people groups through social media. Two professional goals assisted the project director to create the social media strategy. First, the project directer increased his knowledge of the unreached and unengaged peoples in the cluster. Second, the project director increased his social media technology skills. A small group of missionaries from the Arabian Peninsula \u0026 Levant Cluster gave assistance to the project director in formulating the strategy. The project director then presented the strategy to the Cluster Strategy Leader. The author researched the awareness of candidates and presented them with new information to form opinion and develop commitment. He presented the biblical and missiological imperative for missions and informed participants about ethno-linguistic people groups who are still unreached with the biblical message and without a church. The author challenged participants to adopt a strategy coordinator role in missions. Following a review of the New Testament emphasis on sound doctrine as related to church planting, and the IMB's current strategy for evangelism and church planting, an eight-hour doctrinal course was developed, implemented and tested over a 16-month period with positive results. An online survey covered the sources and symptoms of stress, coping strategies utilized, and the effectiveness of resources. Overall trends were identified, as well as differences in gender, age, and field location. The primary stressor was high expectations of oneself or feeling inadequate. Although their physical and emotional symptoms showed that they were significantly  impacted by stress, they responded in healthy ways. He traced the historical development of member care in mission organizations, described its current context, and presented the need for spiritual direction.  The research included a history of Christian spiritual direction and presented the characteristics of some current models.  The author developed a theology and methodology of both spiritual direction and member care.   A case study showed the practical application of the
