This project required a two day retreat followed by practicing a six week customized plan of spiritual discipline.  The project also involved looking at spiritual temperament as a means to develop spiritual discipline that would aid the participants in experiencing God in a fresh way.The purpose of this project was to lead collegiate ministers in the Baptist Convention of Pennsylvania/South jersey to integrate spiritual discipline into their lives that would hopefully produce an increase in spiritual conversations with those who do not know Jesus Christ. The nature of the research was both literary and social, as the sources of Baptist spirituality were traced through church history and the emerging principles were applied within the program of a local church.
