Combining these techniques with the Church Growth theories of Donald Gavran and his followers, the Church developed ideas of preaching to specific niche audiences and demographic groups.  In recent years there has been considerable conversation about what it means to be missional.  This thesis-project shows that the Bible presents a model of preaching that is appropriate to every age and culture. The project director researched worldview and its impact on mission strategy. He further researched orality and orality-based mission strategies. He devised an equipping workshop to introduce a group of church members to the concepts of worldview and orality, and to Bible storying as a culturally appropriate orality-based mission strategy for developing house church leaders among the internally displaced people of Colombia. The project utilized several evaluative measures, including an expert-evaluated annotated bibliography, and expert critique of the lesson plans, pre- and post-workshop questionnaires, and a workshop evaluation form. The project director increased his knowledge of worldview and its implications for mission strategy. He also increased his understanding of orality and of Bible storying as a contextually-appropriate orality-based missions methodology. The researcher interviewed thirty Muslim-background believers living in Jordan at the time of the research. For effective short-term mission trips, a theological foundation towards the mission should be established and detailed manuals are essential. Therefore, the research has been based on the theological foundation of the 'Konvivenz Mission'.  And hence a short-term mission trip manual has been compiled. This manual hs been used to conduct a short-term mission trip at Baekwoon Church. Anonymous surveys have been done among participants. The questionnaire was focused on the changes of attitudes before and after short-term mission tips.  The results show that when the short-term mission trip was conducted using the manual presented in this paper, the 'Konvivenz Mission' has been accomplished most of the time. Upon completion of the research, the project director designed and implemented training to equip the selected students to use personal evangelism skills in conjunction with outdoor recreation. The project director began this project with a discussion with Dr. Wayne Harvey, Director of Missions of the Santa Fe River Association, by researching the field of evangelism, and by the administration of a survey in High Springs, Florida, to determine if churches are doing marketplace evangelism. The project director researched various evangelism materials to determine which evangelism skill development would have the most potential to be effective in marketplace evangelism. After reviewing the literary work in the field of evangelism, analyzing the results of the survey, compiling a list of evangelistic skills, and the development of a comparison grid, the project director developed a curriculum and a one-day workshop, and trained selected members in marketplace evangelism skills. It is nurtured through accountable relationships, good communication, awareness and understanding of re-entry stress, and the ability to manage change. A survey of a Mennonite German-speaking short-term mission program generated an important insight: Mennonite-Anabaptist core beliefs and practices can be a key factor in both teaching and action related to successful re-entry. The survey was conducted as an Appreciative Inquiry. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were used to interpret data.
