In Chapter 2 the author addresses the biblical and theological concept of missions as it is based on both the Old and New Testament perspectives of mission. In Chapter 3 the author gives instructions to the context, which administration, organization and the content, which is appropriate for this ministry of evangelism to the Digo people. In Chapter 4 the author addresses the methodology regarding how the implementation of this mission strategy will be carried out. The questionnaire method was used among Asian Indian pastors to study certain areas of ministry and the level of networking with established churches.  This project analyzes some aspects of friendship evangelism and traditional methodologies, and will help readers understand Hinduism, biblical Christianity, cultural Christianity, Hindu cultural values and belief systems in order to remove misconceptions, biased feelings, and wrong attitudes. The thesis was that a selected group of students could be taught concepts of strategy planning and a theology of missions, and then write a missions strategy for the DBU family.  Eight student leaders participated in seven ninety-minute sessions about the role of missions in a Christian's life.  The result of the project was a written strategy to engage the Dallas Baptist University family to understand the biblical basis of missions and their role regarding home and foreign missions.  The process involved researching the history of missions at DBU, training in the biblical basis of missions, and casting a vision of opportunity for DBU in missions. The director trained the students in strategy development and the principles were applied to produce a written strategy. Based on research and interviews with 21 church leaders, the project recommends changes in fellowship, leadership, and evangelism. Churches should make formal efforts to integrate visitors and to reinforce personal and small-group evangelism with larger meetings. Reluctant native leaders need to become elders, and churches should hire native pastors part-time.
