The author seeks to further develop his theology of mission and to learn dynamics of CEB formation.  Topics include Mission Preparation, Demographics of Latin America, Theology and History of CEBs, Forming CEB in San Antonio de Las Alazanas Village, Theology of Mission. The author's theology evolved and matured as he established CEBs and support groups that help ongoing mission. The thrust of the project is to explore ways to encourage and assist state conventions to do the best strategy planning and implementation they are capable of doing.  The design is a mutually accepted document delineating the state convention's approach and plans for language missions work. Interaction took place through regular consultation by telephone, mail and fax correspondence, on-site visits, and national conferences and conventions.  As the leaders struggled to identify their God-given vision, the author encouraged them to expand their horizons by considering creative strategies and establishing significant goals. A strategy being used in a Muslim country was put to a historical, theological, and missiological test.  During this evaluation process it was recognized that a biblical, theological base to shape the approach was not laid. Consequently the strategy was not resulting in glory being brought to God, and also missionaries were not working harmoniously.  Failure to agree theologically about mission results in failure to agree methodologically. The study has four sections: 1) a biblical and theological understanding of evangelism; 2) a survey of Hinduism in Trinidad; 3) a survey of selected literature; and 4) the development of a proposed evangelistic strategy utilizing diversified methods. Though each sponsoring church handled their relationship with their new church plant differently, each gave financially to support the new church. This project is a modified content analysis of literature used by the Southern Baptist Convention. Questions about the literature were asked in order to gauge the strengths, weaknesses and common themes. The answers provided data that was beneficial in determining how the denomination trains churches in sponsoring new work. As a result seventeen principles were identified. The purpose of this book is to inform Westerners and Russians trained by Westerners regarding the spiritual experiences described by young Russian converts within their churches and organizations.  The book presents the central religious beliefs, understanding, attitudes and behaviors that formed the background of the young Russians prior to hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ.  In addition, it allows young Russians to describe their own experiences of the evangelistic process and to explain their experience of conversion as they understand it.
