For effective short-term mission trips, a theological foundation towards the mission should be established and detailed manuals are essential. Therefore, the research has been based on the theological foundation of the 'Konvivenz Mission'.  And hence a short-term mission trip manual has been compiled. This manual hs been used to conduct a short-term mission trip at Baekwoon Church. Anonymous surveys have been done among participants. The questionnaire was focused on the changes of attitudes before and after short-term mission tips.  The results show that when the short-term mission trip was conducted using the manual presented in this paper, the 'Konvivenz Mission' has been accomplished most of the time. This ministry project was conducted in two strategic locations: Milpitas, California and Shanghai, China.  The primary objective of the seminar was for the participants to gain a greater perspective of and to discover their role in missions.  Eighteen participants provided the survey data prior to attending the seminar and twelve completed the survey data after taking a trip. The project director began this project with a discussion with Dr. Wayne Harvey, Director of Missions of the Santa Fe River Association, by researching the field of evangelism, and by the administration of a survey in High Springs, Florida, to determine if churches are doing marketplace evangelism. The project director researched various evangelism materials to determine which evangelism skill development would have the most potential to be effective in marketplace evangelism. After reviewing the literary work in the field of evangelism, analyzing the results of the survey, compiling a list of evangelistic skills, and the development of a comparison grid, the project director developed a curriculum and a one-day workshop, and trained selected members in marketplace evangelism skills. Examples abound in the Old Testament where God's people and messengers are exhorted to declare tot he nations with joyful song and testimony what the Lord God Almighty has done. In the New Testament, the angels who brought the Good News to the shepherds, the Lord Jesus Christ himself and the apostles furnish practical illustrations of joyful exuberance in proclaiming the gospel. But there seems to be a dearth of recipients and custodians of the Good News who are eager to go out and share the gospel with joyful passion powered by the joy of the Lord. This project embarked on recruiting and motivationally training believers from churches in USA to become confident and joyful participant sharers of the Good News. It is nurtured through accountable relationships, good communication, awareness and understanding of re-entry stress, and the ability to manage change. A survey of a Mennonite German-speaking short-term mission program generated an important insight: Mennonite-Anabaptist core beliefs and practices can be a key factor in both teaching and action related to successful re-entry. The survey was conducted as an Appreciative Inquiry. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were used to interpret data. Results show that participants changed their beliefs about hospitality and God's desire for them to share their faith and their behavior regarding the frequency with which they share their faith and invite others to their churches.
