The author researched the awareness of candidates and presented them with new information to form opinion and develop commitment. He presented the biblical and missiological imperative for missions and informed participants about ethno-linguistic people groups who are still unreached with the biblical message and without a church. The author challenged participants to adopt a strategy coordinator role in missions. The strategy will present various opportunities by which the church can reach out to the unchurched families of Hueytown, Alabama. The team will meet regularly until the strategy is complete and ready to be presented to the church body. These East-West partnerships face many challenges: older Mission Boards who have little local experience and firmly entrenched approaches of the Venn and Williams three-self model, cultural challenges, leadership changes, historical challeges, and financial challenges. How healthy is a partnership model? What exaclty is a partnership model? Which scriptures address a partnership model? Why will older mission strategies of the past not work in the Balkans? Are these partnerships helpful or hurtful? What is most needed to progress? These are questions addressed in this thesis. Though these Koreans have been living as Soviets under the old Soviet socialist system, their ethnic identity had been challenged since the October Revolution of 1917.  Now, after the independence of Uzbekistan in 1991, they face once more a crisis in their political and ethnic situation. Due to these circumstances, the identity of Uzbekistan Koreans has gone through changes and become assimilated into the environment. This research presents, in detail, the process of transformation of the ethnic identity of Koreans who were participants in particular historic circumstances of Uzbekistan. The research will analyze from a missiological point of view the significance of  the preservation of and the change in ethnic identity of a minority in a multi-ethnic nation, and suggests a model of mission strategy to Koreans in Uzbekistan based on that analysis. To overcome these barriers, the Eastern Russian version was produced with a contextual cover, alternate terms and names of biblical characters, and footnotes with a Muslim audience in mind. This dissertation examines the premises and processes of the production of this version anthropologically, linguistically and missiologically.  It also evaluates the effectiveness of its contextualization through qualitative field research. The popularity of STM has increased to the point where it has become a major trend in missions. This study examines and analyzes the effects of North American STM to Mexico from the perspective of Mexican pastors (emic perspective), providing an avenue for the Mexican pastors to give feedback to the North American STM teams. The research conclusions reflect various core values, key principles, and training methodologies and strategies as they are realized in the philosophy of the program design, the characteristics of the student population, the cultural context, the training needs of the target audience, the personalities and philosophies of the main leadership core staff, and other factors of the specific training institution. The final recommendations to educators in Majority World ministry training programs are: (1) develop a strong indigenous infrastructure before launching the program, (2) avoid dependence on foreign funding and expatriate faculty, and (3) develop a healthy training model that plans for measured growth. Details of the cases were examined thoroughly, using document analysis methodology known as 'Constant Comparison' to demonstrate major themes in the change experience. The change experience of this staff was assessed using a survey tool, and then reviewed from the point of view of the theology and literature outlined in the paper. The results of the study are nine valid outcomes regarding the application of change management principles in the context of the staff studied.
