The focus of the workshop centered on the relationship of spiritual gifts to ministry and leadership responsibilities.  The participants incorporated spiritual gift inventories, Bible studies, and peer affirmation in the process of discovering their spiritual gifts. The methodology is a practical theological one, beginning with a thick description of contemporary university campuses, leading to a reflection on normative texts, then to a theological model of prophecy, and finally to a pastoral strategy.
