They were asked what they found to be difficult and enriching during internship. Data gained through questionnaires, journal exercises, and interviews provided a narrative and anecdotal commentary of their experiences.  Mutual accountability, ethical responsibility, and the nature of the intern-supervisor relationship surfaced as areas of concern. Using the Delphi technique, ministry professors and practitioners recommended 892 knowledge, attitude, and skill outcomes. These were synthesized to 99 outcome statements that were rank-ordered on a Likert scale resulting in the ten most effective outcomes for each domain. The final round of the Delphi elicited preferred learning experiences and assessment techniques.
