Spiritual gifts are expressed and may be found in a variety of levels of conscious behavior. The project offers a community model for discernment of gifts as a balance between the subjectivity of spiritual gifts inventories and the objective psychological implications of type theory. Two discussion groups (those active in the congregation) consisting of two each of the four function pairs were selected.  The sermon was preached and discussed at midweek, rewritten, preached during Sunday worship and then discussed with the second group.
