Twenty-four students were randomly selected to participate in a ten-week course in vocational guidance.  The participants were controlled for gender, age, and educational level. The program equipped students to understand the relationship between God's will and decision making, and to recognize God's vocational will for their lives.  The program included the historical, descriptive survey, and experimental methods of research. The author concludes that the organization's low termination rate (1.296 percent) highlights their current proactive management procedures.
