However, many individual congregations show every sign of being vital congregations. This project establishes the feasibility of using Internet tools to connect Wesley Theological Seminary to these congregations. The author establishes precedence for the project by analyzing the history of seminaries and the conversation within theological education about its future. He grounds the project in the context of the seminary's strategic plan.
