In an evaluation following the seminar participants conclude that a hierarchical management style stifles and hinders full involvement and cooperation between leaders and followers; lack of involvement and ownership by followers is a major drawback of hierarchical management; withholding information and insisting that people do what has to be done without adequate explanation destroys motivation and renders people ineffective. Chapter I provides the organizational structure of the family plan and the mechanics of its function.  Chapter II - XI comprise the training and instructional portion of the manual.  Chapter XII is the final chapter containing the project narrative in the form of a flow chart.  This provides a step-by-step dated account of progress towards implementation.
