The ethical culture of the church must be improved and uplifted in order to become the witness of the gospel in today's age.  Therefore, the emphasis upon ethical culture and the practice of a faithful witness are closely related. The writer conducted a ten-week seminar at Eastfield College near Dallas, training eight professors in a biblical, historical, legal and practical study of church and state issues related to education.  The participants were evaluated by a pretest and posttest as to their knowledge, attitudes and implementation in two areas: spiritual conflict, and ministry through vocation. Seven individuals were trained to teach in three designated religious groups.  Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormonism and the New Age movement were studied through lectures, field trips, audiovisual materials, private research and personal interviews.  The seven individuals trained seventy others within the context of two Associational Interfaith Witness conferences.
