The writer conducted an eight-week worshop for fourteen students.  The validity of the workshop was studied through the use of pretests and posttests for the workshop group and a control group.  The writer completed a statistical analysis of the workshop using t-tests. The director researched the appropriate materials at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Library and his personal library.  He made research notations and collated the material for use in the model project.  A discipler workshop and a twelve-week training program was implemented among the project participants. Project objectives center in 'active listening' and 'I' messages undergirded by two biblical principles.  Eight training sessions, two hours per session, are conducted during a period of two months with five couples participating.  Subjective and objective evaluations are conducted. 'Active listening' becomes established practice for nine of ten participants. Attitude change allows participants to listen with empathy and respond without judgement or criticism. Materials on biblical, theological and historical beliefs regarding sexuality are examined to formulate Christian values. Materials on adolescent sexuality, parenting, and surveys of local parents and adolescents are used to determine what needs to be taught.  A series of three seminars on communicating sexual information are conducted for parents. Separate retreats are conducted for junior and senior high youth covering physiological information, biblical perspectives, emotional concerns and decision making. Participants were given the opportunity to discover their spiritual gifts by use of the 'Wagner Modified Houts Questionnaire'.
