The project director utilized an equipping model in order to accomplish the goals for this project. The first phase of implementation for this project was to research the fields of missional worship and postmodern culture for the purpose of developing annotated bibliographies in those fields to be used as research standards. The second phase of the project was to develop a workshop curriculum for the equipping of a worship design team to address cultural and missional issues related to worship. In the third phase the project director taught the curriculum in a weekend workshop to a multigenerational group of participants in the worship ministry, including members of the worship band, praise teams, choir, and audio-visual team. A lack of biblical awareness and leadership concerning music in worship, combined with limited or mediocre resources and training, cultural influences, and other factors, have contributed to the present situation. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews. The review of literature and analysis of the interviews focused on three key areas that make for maximum impact on the worshiper: intellect, affect, and will. The study concluded that for meaningful worship to happen, the engagement of all three areas is essential, making an impact that continues throughout the week. His question was 'What kind of worship services can we create to bring together the younger and older generations at Wondang church?'  He used four steps to bring a united worship in Wondang church: Praise and Worship; Traditional; Blended; and Multisensory and Experiential.  The results were not great because there were some limitations of the existing church.  However he was hopeful for the Korean churches based on his findings. The researcher selected these two case studies because they demonstrated a determination to evangelize their communities with the gospel. This passion manifested into a desire to minister to more people through a new worship service. The research format was both qualitative and quantitative in nature as the researcher used quantitative surveys, open-ended questions, personal interviews, church campus visits, and archival data analysis to develop a deeper understanding of the planning process. This researcher believed two factors contributed to a successful launch of a new worship service: clear, consistent communication by leadership and unity in the leadership team.  Research concluded this hypothesis was true. This researcher believes missionally-minded, evangelical churches often lead the way by breaking free of ineffective methods, reinventing the way ministry is done. What stories do locale, landscape, history, and even building structure of a congregation have to tell? Research gathered from three ELCA Lutheran congregations, interviews of parishioners, and insight gathered from books written by environmental psychologists and preachers informed the writing of this thesis. Specifically, the author implemented, observed, and evaluated the impact of introducing the worship arts (dance, drama, music, visual and media art) into the corporate worship experience. Ultimately, the author concluded that the introduction of the worship arts into the corporate worship experience has reinvigorated the worship spirit of the congregation and heightened the congregation's receptivity to change. At each level the setting is analyzed and interpreted as it relates to the specific worship opportunities.
