The families were cared for with support and compassion, decreasing their levels of anxiety and allowing the healthcare team uninterrupted opportunities to assess and treat the patients. Qualitative research was employed to test the model's effectiveness, by means of pre- and posttest, questionnaires, and interviews. The answer to this question is the focus of this project.  Using Experiential Reframing as a lens through which to read these documents of communal (Jeremiah) and individual (Job) trauma suffering, this project shows evidence of a process of healing in the Hebrew Bible similar to 'new' models of trauma therapy.
