Establishing a Virtual Chapel, an electronic devotional tool, within the community context of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, the author observed surprising impact as employees, volunteers and donors began sharing this message of Christ with others. This project required an extensive analysis of the program needs of the Mansfield/South Arlington area, resulting in a proposal to the Arlington YMCA regarding terms of building use.
