The reader will discover that young adults' faith requires an appropriate language and framework to intersect their faith with the socio-cultural milieu.  Exploration of how a developing faith and the existential struggles of a young adult intersect was done through a journaling and group experience, using a group of young adults from the western suburbs of Sydney.  It was found that young adults are in a liminal period and require a specific ministry that uses a mentor figure to shape their personal dream. Tracing the historical development of the Order and the charism of the founder, the project addresses the faith development and spiritual needs of the young adult male to whom the organization makes appeal through this program.
