The author used the three guidelines of Drucker's Management by Objective as the process whereby the center was planned, implemented, and evaluated. Ninety-six persons received professional counseling by a certified pastoral counselor.  A survey of presenting problems of the counselees indicates that a majority of issues centered around difficulties in marriage, family relationships, and personal struggles such as feelings of inferiority and depression. Its purpose is to give the 'person in the pew' an understanding of the movement.  It consists of eleven lessons taught by the author in an experimental class in the church he serves as a minister. Flory identified with great missionaries; her faith and intelligence, undergirded by enormous energy and drive, created so many ideas and involved so many people she was uncontainable. Sixty-one percent of the congregation par ticipated in the project, resulting in a 7 percent increase in commitment of time and a 12 percent increase in monetary pledges. The centers of value, images of power and master narratives of Harvard Business School students were gathered and analyzed.  The results were presented to a treatment group.  The control group had no data.  They engaged in faith discussions and adminstered semantic differential scales. The emotional impact upon children and parents is presented. The biblical-theological foundations of post-divorce adjustment are viewed with the aspect of forgiveness as a primary element in adjustment and decreasing stress in the post-divorce period.  Research was accomplished through a library survey of behavioral science and legal data, along with interviews of family counselors and judges. Demographic studies and a ministry attitude survey provide the data from which the conclusions are drawn.
