The software provided the teaching mechanisms; the teacher provided the information to be taught by that software. Journals were kept of the lesson creation and lesson teaching experiences.  Some participants were interviewed following the learning experiences. The project provides analysis of a college context and observations on faith development in approximately 150 students.  Exploration of four themes integrates faith development literature, Old Testament theology, exegesis of selected, illustrative biblical texts, and campus data from structured settings and class assignments. Nine men and nine women (mean=74 yrs) constituted the control group.  Both groups were pre-tested with the Templer Death Anxiety Scale and the Lester Attitude Toward Death Scale and post-tested with the Templer Death Anxiety Scale and the Collett-Lester Fear of Death Scale.  The null-hypothesis was confirmed: the educational module was not statistically significant in altering death and dying fear/anxiety in the treatment group. By examining closely where they have fallen into cheap grace and where they are called to receive and embody God's costly grace, participants significantly enhanced their understanding of God's grace in their lives.
