Chapter one lays the foundation for the project.  Attention is given to background information on the new church, goals, definitions and limitations of the project.  Chapter two examine the team concept from a biblical perspective. An analysis of Nehemiah's and Jesus' teambuilding principles is included.  Chapter three investigates principles for managing teams from the perspective of the business world.  This research includes information on team leadership, recruiting, and training.  Chapter four summarizes the implementation of the outreach project at Coastal Community Church.  Details for developing this event in other churches are included. The project report provides background on the traditional relationship of the pastor with his congregation in the Korean Church; introduces three key goals; and discuses this study's methodologies. The author presents the biblical, theoretical, and historical foundations for cell group ministry considering 'the church' as the koinonia associated with Paul. It also introduces aspects of the cell ministry movement in other locations, such as China, India, Africa, Australia, and Korea. The project discusses the disillusionment within the Korean church community due to changes in traditional religious, political and societal expectations. Using scriptures as the guide and TLBC as a test case, the author traces the development of TLBC in its 17-year history.  He analyses the present organizational structure of the church and proposes refined departmental guidelines, human resource policies, and meeting agendas and processes. Through a teaching curriculum called 'Theology for Dummies,' a group of members from First Baptist Church learned simple steps for applying the Word of God to their everyday lives.  Chapter one of the report describes the ministry setting of the First Baptist Church and defines the need for and goals of the project.  Chapter two is a biblical survey of the relationship between beliefs and behaviors.  Through examining several Old and New Testament passages the author concludes that God has given mankind His Word with the intention that it change human behavior.  Chapter three is an examination of some social theories of learning. Chapter four describes the 'Theology for Dummies' curriculum. Relationships are vital to any congregation and reflect the health of the congregation.  There are many ways that one might seek to understand relationships.  This project used the concept of relational needs that I call the 'TIM's' approach.  This concept was first introduced by Heinz Kohut.  The project consisted of class sessions as well as the selected leaders seeking to strengthen personal relationships within the fellowship known as First Baptist Church, Bloomfield. The understanding of relational needs provides lenses through which people can see others at a deeper level. Chapter one expresses the need to teach the spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer and fasting.  Chapter two is a review and analysis of the biblical foundation of the practice of spiritual disciplines and expository preaching. Chapter three investigates that churches that are witnessing spiritual maturity based on expository preaching. This chapter also reviews how public speaking can change behavior from a psychological perspective.  Chapter four addresses the steps involved in this ministry project.  This section also shares test score data compiled from the Test Group.  Chapter five contains an analysis of the test results. Comparison was made between the data from the pre-test and post-test. Chapter one presented background information, definitions, research instruments and a statement of the projects' three goals.  Chapter two was focused on Biblical, theoretical, and literature foundation for conflict.  Chapter three addressed the social and psychological background of Korean immigrant churches, describing the religious background of Korean mentality, politics of Korea, the history of the Baptist church in Korea, and Korean churches in the U.S.  It identified how authority infected pastors and caused conflict in church. Chapter four attempted to equip pastors with conflict resolution skills. Chapter five evaluated the methodology used to find pastors' conflict. A pastor is a primary source of conflict in church. Chapter four describes the selection of the WMU state consultants and details the content and information of the five training sessions. The chapter addresses the First and Second Great Awakenings and the Prayer Revival of 1857-1858.  Chapter four describes the project's methodology and implementation.
