Second Baptist Church is a traditional church whose future depends upon revitalization.  The purpose of the project is to implement a comprehensive model which involves the entire congregation in team ministry.  The method used includes interviewing members to enlist them, organizing ten Ministry Teams and forming a Ministry Council to coordinate the system. The design of the investigation consisted of three phases: in the first phase, the two independent variables selected for this study were examined.  These variables were 'levels of communication' and 'communication competence', and were examined with a sample of thirty married couples.  The second phase consisted of the development of the Ministerial Support Program. The third phase was evaluative and proposed measuring the impact of the program through the accomplishments in marital communication that were obtained by the participating couples. Two hypotheses were established and proven true in the project: a) there is a relationship between having participated systematically in the Ministerial Support Program, and the change produced in the communication of the married couples, and b) communication improves with the participation in the Ministerial Support congregants from being members of a local church to being disciples of Jesus Christ.  the methodology consisted of a series of classes and homilies that focused specifically on discipleship principles taught by Jesus.  the project was evaluated by using a pre-test and post-test survey to determine changes in behavior and attitudes regarding discipleship. results of the model showed that, as members become biblically literate, they are transformed into disciples and become actively engaged in doing the tings Jesus Taught and 'worshippers'.  The author felt that Christians should understand the meaning of worship and also experience it first-hand.  The author first researched the Bible, looking for passages that would help him to understand the ways of worship further.  The history of worship from the Old Testament was compared with that of the New Testament, and the duties of worship were researched. The members of Emmanuel Mission Church were given a series of seminars and questionnaires every two weeks.  As the author charted these seminars and questionnaires, he saw growing progress. Its ministry takes place at Venus Gardens, a community of about 1,500 families.  The purpose of the thesis was to develop an educational program consisting of one introductory session and six weeks of lectures, workshops, a retreat and preaching service, to console and restore the lives of people who are suffering the experience of divorce.  Divorced people had the opportunity to get together and learn what Matthew 19:1-12 and other texts teach on divorce. Quantitative research methods analyzed ministry styles of successful pastors with growing churches and qualitative methods took the form of interviews with members, which tailored growth strategies.  The Evangelism plan was developed but not implemented. The community development model was developed as a mechanism to address social and economic issues.  The Super Community Development Corporation, the specific research problem to be addressed, evolved from small CDCs with little capacity and smaller resource pools unable to effectively address the pressing concerns of urban communities. The comprehension and expression of such a view is vital to the health, life and testimony of the church. When the church captures a vision for biblical community it will leave a living signature upon the world and experience purpose, fulfillment and joy. This project created a biblical model that was entitled 'Love and Friendship in Relational Community.' The model measured the condition of relationships in the light of biblical principles on community and designed means in which to bring about relational change. The model was analyzed and evaluated externally by a team of experts and internally by a church staff. The non-image prayer begins with an introductory workshop on Centering Prayer for a group who practiced this prayer for three months and attended a follow-up workshop. Church leaders from both churches participated in a training program which focused on vision development and team building.
