Having historical and theological observation, he proposed a new curriculum, which has the four-fold method of refinements that makes infant baptism meaningful: from a passive to an active motivation; from a nominal to a practical orientation; from short-term to long-term aims; and from a haphazard to a systematic infant baptism curriculum. The author created and tested four sessions of an arts and theology resource with an older adult ministry in a local church. The sessions centered on art, poetry, games, and drama and concluded with evaluative surveys from participants. Additionally, three participants completed an arts interview and the Daily Spiritual Experiences Scale. Ten husbands of female pastors in the House of God Church were identified to define their role as the 'first gentleman.' The methodology was approached from a pastoral counselor's perspective. Strategies of brief counseling theory (Stone, 2001) were used to develop survey and interview questions for the participants. As the church kept focusing on its service rather than effects, God empowered the church to bear the fruit of evangelism.
